Montage in concrete

Concrete system road fences are the traditional system, which includes installing fence posts at concrete fundamental feets, as well as in case of fence gates and wickets

Concrete system includes drilling the opening for each of a fence posts, then, after locating it in the post opening, filling it with concrete. Proportions and depth of the fundamental feets depends on project requirements, as a general rule however the fundament of 50cm depth for appropriate posts stability will suffice.

The difference between anchored and concrete system

Road fences (also known as freeway) in anchored system are used at about 80% of trunk roads, express roads and freeways buildings in Poland. Due to installation quickness, lack of concrete cripples and higher independence of weather conditions than in concrete system, anchored system displace fences installed in concrete.

Will anchored fence be as stable as a fence with paved over posts? The answer is: yes. Will it be equally stiff? Happily, no! Paving over renders, that a fence becomes unbeliveably stiff, which favour posts breaking while impacting heavy game.

Anchored fences advantages

Due to installing posts in concrete, concrete fence may suppose as more solid and longlasting solution, it is however wrong belief. Really good stability in ground and with that more flexible in case of impact is remarkable for anchored fence.

At some of the roads in Poland concrete fence is constantly used – that is why you will also find it in our proposal. However, it is disappearing system. Also in other european countries fence post became the most popular solution, for it is hard to ignorate undeniable benefits, which that system gives.
